| Q: What is the quality of your documents? |
| A: They are the highest quality . We utilize all security features, i.e. barcodes, magnetic stripes, smart chips, holograms and more. |

| Q: Can I use this document instead of a real one? |
| A: We have no control over how you use the document you receive from us. And we accept no responsibility for how it is used. Although our product looks exactly like the original we sell these products for novelty purposes only. |

| Q: Is my information private? |
| A: Yes, we keep your personal information confidential and do not share it. All our documents come in neutral envelopes without any markings |

| Q: How long will it take to receive my document? |
| A: We ship the order with 2 days of payment. How long it takes after that is dependant on the courier / post office. |

| Q: Do you provide a tracking number? |
| A: If a tracking number is offered by the shipper (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL) we will provide it |

| Q: Does any of your information appear on the envelope or document? |
| A: No, all documents are send in neutral envelopes and there is no information on the document. |

| Q: Do the delivery address and address on the document need to be the same? |
| A: No, just specify the delivery address when ordering |

| Q: How long does it take to receive my order? |
| A: It can take up to 10 - 14 days if you did not select International Courier. If you selected to pay the extra $100 for the international courier it takes about 3 days. |

| Q: How much does shipping cost? |
| A: Standard shipping (10 - 14 days) costs $15. International Courier (3 days) costs an aditional $100 |

| Q: How much time do you need to mail documents once I make payment |
| A: Depending on the payment method. Wire transfers take a couple days, Paypal is received the same day. |

| A: We accept Credit Cardsthrough PayPal. |

| Q: I do not have a Paypal account. How do I checkout? |
| A:When you get to the Paypal payment page just click on "Sign Up for a Paypal Account and Continue Checkout". Paypal allows you to pay securely with your credit card without revealing your credit information to anyone else. During checkout you can easily register an account at http://www.paypal.com if you do not have one. Registration is simple and takes only 5 minutes! |

| A. During checkout you are redirected to Paypal secure site and all information you enter there is handled exclusively by Paypal. |
